  gmoccapy -fix request to run macro with variables

names didn't match. In th eend we don;t need to search through
the list of macros anyways.

  gmoccapy sim: switch INI mdi to use a G53 to exclude running with G91

a plain G0 command will be different in G90/91 modes. If we use
G53, it will error if in G91 mode.
