Thanks! I found that I was missing a missed guided step ( make install ) and not to copy the modules myself. This will boot ( some modules loading errors ). It is now booting and I should be able by night fall get started on the patches for RTAI or RTLinux. You would not believe that I have spent over a month on that one missed step. Will keep you posted on the progress.
