Yep. Just follow the bouncing ball in src/emc/usr_intf/axis/Submakefile.

This discussion reminds me I promised Michael I would clean up the
documentation for the Python Interface...about the same time I promised you
(Andy) I would clean up the documentation for compilation of modules. Sigh.
