[Emc-developers] NURBs implementation patch

Good news all... Manfredi (Xemet) Leto got back to me yesterday with an old
patch which implemented a NURB -> biarc conversion into EMC.  I have hand
patched most of the original patch back into the current emc2-trunk and made a
new patch file.  

I tried posting the patch and an image of Axis working, but the message
bounces due to its size.  I've also tried posting the file onto the CNCFORUM
file archive, but that too failed.  Since I no longer appear to have CVS write
access, I need to get this to someone who can either add this to the cvs-trunk
or preferably make a new NURB branch so we can start hacking away at this.

As a note, Manfredi asks that we all recognize Jeff Epler's effort which
helped make his implementation possible.

With any luck, we will soon have the ability to machine simplified NURBs!
