Keyboard shortcuts for tkemc are pretty much the same with EMC2 as they 
were with EMC.  I just put up a wiki page with some very old info from 
doc/help.txt and the actual bindings from emc2's version of tkemc.

As you find things that do not work as promised in this page, would you 
be willing to edit so that the page conforms more closely to the reality.
