Some people are being caught by surprise by the new TP's blending if no tolerances are set. Perhaps the INI file should have default and/or maximum tolerance options?
I don't think this is peculiar to the new TP. With a high-velocity low-acceleration setup and unspecified tolerance, you could always have large blends even in old-TP times.
I think it would be good to have an ini-specified tolerance that would take effect when you are using G64, aka G64 P0 (the default tolerance setting).
