First, a sad story. I had gotten ahold of EmberMUD code about a year ago, and had done a LOT of work to it. One day, while using a THIRD-PARTY add/remove programs software, I lost all directories from C-M under WinXP. A whole year's worth of work on EmberMUD destroyed.
So here I see we have 0.9.46 and now 0.9.47 versions of EmberMUD. I compiled and tried .0.9.46 two days ago.
While reading this very help forum, I noticed some one was having trouble with the mud crashing when people type SKILLS. I decided to try it on my new 0.9.46 and sure enough, boom, it crashed. What is this problem? I can start looking for it myself, but if anyone knows, please reply to this message.
All-in-all, i'm glad this project is open to everyone.

v0.9.47 includes a fix for the skills crashing bug. I'll go ahead and roll a tarball and stick it up on the SourceForge site. I've had several people report this bug, but nobody has asked me to roll a tarball. <grin>
