#133 gtell doesn't obey "Someone" rules

If you're grouped with someone that's invisible and
they send you a gtell, they won't appear
as "Someone". If they send you a regular tell, they
do. If they say something in the room with you, they
do. It seems like gtell should follow the same rules
as everything else...

Setting to pretty low priority since, if you're
grouped with someone, you probably would know who
they are whether they were invis or not...
