Identifies as not being 32bit

Xp sp3 , vista and 7 identify the application as being 16 bit and thus may refuse to run it. It is confirmed not to work on vista and 7. The original creator of the software has assured me that embellish for Windows was compiled to native 32bit code, so it is probably something in one of the headers brought over from the OS/2 port of the application.
