[Embeddedxen-devel] Fixed the bug when only dom0 is running

Hi,

The problem which appears when only dom0 is running (without domU) has been fixed.
Grant table was referring to an unexisting number of foreign pages (of course ;-) during the init. Now, the grant table init is skipped when there is no domU.

The fix is available in git and will be put in the next release.
