[Embeddedxen-devel] Revised virtual and memory layout

Hello,

I've updated a new version of the virtual and physical memory layout of embeddedXEN.
You can find a pdf in the documentation section.

The main change is related to the 1:1 mapping of the hypervisor virtual addr space on the physical space:
Now the physical addr space of the hypervisor has moved on top of the RAM in order to simplify the original 1:1 mapping
during the bootstrap process.
