[emailrelay-help] Feature request: admin command to start/stop the DNS-BL check

I have 5 DNSBL servers configured, with a threshold of 1.  Occasionally this blocks a legit email (ie, an email-verification email).  I'd like to have new admin console command considered: a "dnsbl stop [<timeout>]" command and "dnsbl start" so I can let these through. The stop format would take a timeout of minutes before it automatically restarted.     I solved my immediate problem with by restarting the service with a threshold of 2.

The dnsbl feature has been working hard on my system and reducing spam to near 0, so thank you for adding that in.
