[emailrelay-help] question

I installed emailrelay on windows xp, but cannot invoke the program to
forward mail that is in the spool folder. The app events look curious:

 

emailrelay: info: smtp server on 0.0.0.0:25 

 

Does 0.0.0.0. indicate a problem?
