is ist possible that you create an arm64 package for debian 12 for my raspberrypi?

No, not easily. Can you try to build it natively on the rpi? You need to install things like g++, automake, debhelper, libssl-dev and then build emailrelay with ./configure.sh, make, make deb.

FWIW I have done a cross-compilation using debian 12 on linux with libressl-4.1.0, but I cannot test it in any way. The main emailrelay binary is here:
