See the website for the new release version of ElysianFields. Combat is functional, and so it aberchat.
The ElysianFields web interface now displays correctly in each of the three main browsers that I have tested it with, NS4.76, Konqueror and IE5.5. I know it functions correctly in NS, but not in Konqueror. The MUD also has gained much stability, and seems to be running good now without crashing!
It seems that lists.sourceforge.net is woefully broken, and I have therefore taken matters into my own hands and setup two mailing lists on my own server.
You can now subscribe to ef-devel@newfutureweb.com, and ef-general@newfutureweb.com by sending messages to ef-devel-request@newfutureweb.com, and ef-general-request@newfutureweb.com. An announce list should be comming shortly.

Well... as of today you can actualy pick things up, drop them, and even wear clothing. We have a concept of trigger type events now, with the push command implemented, and probably a more generic interface to trigger type actions on it's way soon. The ElysianFields engine is moving quickly on. There is much work to be done, most particularly on documentation. A new website is in the works, and should be completed shortly by a good friend of mine which is exciting. Work should also commence soon on expanding the web interface to include room and object building, as it all has to be done manual at the present time.
Finaly - a working stable(ish) version of EF is up and running!
