#4 eliloalt support for new EFI vars interface

Hi,

The following patch enables eliloalt to work with
recent kernels (> 2.6.4). EFI variables were accessible
under /proc/efi in older kernels; newer kernels offer a
barely different interface from /sys/firmware/efi.

Interface has been guessed with:
$ diff -u efibootmgr-0.5.0/src/lib/efivars_{sys,proc}fs.c

Patch is against current elilo CVS.
