#340 Glossary and Index Pages

feature request for separate "Glossary" and "index" pages. to handle the display of those particular pages in a different manner, than just creating a regular new section for them and titling those pages as such.

Example:

Any term/word in any section can be assigned (anchor-linked) to a corresponding term/word and its definition located in the Glossary page.

For the index page, it can be a auto-generated display, by querying the document's database for instances of keywords appearing frequently throughout the document, and links to exactly which pages contain those keywords.,
