#338 Notations Viewable By Only Admin

Please add a field whereby the site admin can add either text, URL, or other object which is only viewable by the admin (a notation).

That way, it helps the admin to better make reference to private/internal information, which is not intended for the general public.

Example Document Structure:

Section Text (viewable by all users)
Figure (viewable by all users)
Notation (viewable by only admin)
