Changes since 1.0

Bugs:

- Got read of in UIDHighKeyGeneratorBean.java (suppresses warning).
- in UIDispenser, set LOW_KEY_BYTES to 2 (not 1!).

Others:

- Changed the directory structure. Now contains the src, classes, javadoc and lib directories.
- Added lib jar files needed for compilation (ejb.jar, jdbc2_0-stdext.jar, junit.jar)
- Added a Jbuilder project file.
- Changed read_me file and saved it in various format.
