Excellent. I added the link to the database howto.

But why is is that if it creates tables using lower case names, it can no=
t=20
handle a query where the table name is in mixed case?
 From the article it would imply that the database was created on somethi=
ng like=20
Windows, and EJBCA then run on Linux, but I doubt that is the case here? =
Or?
