You will use the default of everything (assuming I did not forget anything)

That is, it should pickup jboss.home as JBOSS_HOME
db properties will the the hsqldb one
ca properties will be the default one (adminca1 and all primekey stuff)

If something weird happen, that's because I assumed jboss.home present. 
I will check that again
