[Ejbca-develop] Role 'everyone'

Hi all,

While converting to xdoclet, I came across the role name 'everyone' which
intent is obvious.
However I think it is legacy/unecessary code from EJB 1.1 as a method (or
bean) permission can be declared 'unchecked' in EJB 2.0
