This will probably be the last beta release of ejbca3 since all outstanding
issues are fixed. 3.0 will be released within 2 weeks unless serious 
bugs are discovered.

This is a plugin-upgrade from beta2.
There is now an upgrade function from EJBCA2->EJBCA3 for the MySQL 
database, see doc/UPGRADE.
