[Ejbca-develop] modifications for jboss-3.2.2

Hi,
 I've been working on setting up ejbca 2.1 with jboss 3.2.2 with 
embedded tomcat. I have it basically working now.

 Changes are required to:

 - ejbca/setup-adminweb.sh
    - the setup for jboss 3.0.8 does not work with jboss 3.2.x because 
of tomcat path and filename changes

 - 
$JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy/jbossweb-tomcat41.sar/META-INF/jboss-service.xml
    - two new connectors for ejbca are needed, and the format has 
changed a bit

 Should I post the files to the list or send them to one of the CVS 
committers?

 These mods should also work with jboss-3.2.3, but have not been verified.
