[Ejbca-develop] EJBCA 2.1 released

We're proud to announce EJBCA version 2.1.

EJBCA 2.1 is a minor feature and maintenance release with a number of 
small fixes. The most visible features of this release are support for 
SCEP and OCSP. EJBCA 2.1 also provides an upgrade path to EJBCA 3.0 
through export and import of certificate and end entity profiles.

Upgrade from EJBCA 2.0.1 is a simple plug-in upgrade.
