[Ejbca-develop] ca.sh make request gives null pointer exception

  I am trying to create a subordinate CA. When I follow the steps in 
the setup guide I get a java.lang.nullpointer exception when using 
ca.sh makereq. The resulting keystore is zero length and obviously 
useless to bring the signed cert back into.

  Using jboss 3.08 and ejbca 2.01..

  Anybody seen this before? Any suggestions?
