[Ejbca-develop] Branch for EJBCA 2.0

Finally version 2.0 has come to completion. I have now created a branch 
for EJBCA 2.0 (Rel_2_0), that will soon be released. Rel_2_0 is a stable 
branch and checkins here is only allowed by herrvendil and myself.

2.0 has now undergone quite some testing as sites around the world, and 
is believed to be ready for the enterprise with all the new fetaures 
that have been added.

Development continues as usual in HEAD and several new exciting features 
are already in the pipeline.
