Eh no. 1. Export ca from old install 2. Import ca in new install 3. Export certificates from old install. They are in the db, so you don't have to get anything from the users. If you don't have too many users this should no be a big problem. There is cli, web-gui etc. 4 import certificates in new install, use same username as was used in old install. You can script it or use the method most suitable for yourself.
