I not abled to enroll a certificate using Internet Explorer 10.

There are simply no options for the "Provider".

If also tried uprading to ejbca 6.2.0

Can anybody help??

Did you follow the instructions noted?
(I tested enrollment in latest win8.1 not too long ago)
