[Eirc-Help] install / use issue

Here are my problems (i m under winXP pro):

- when i do build.bat system say
bootstrap.bat isn't a program or an internal command AND
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: =
org/apache/tools/ant/Main

after that, if i take the applet (EIRC.jar and EIRC-gfx.JAR) in what is =
distributed or on a website where i see the apllet running, it loads on =
my server BUT ALL irc server are told like "can't resolve irc adress".

Could you help me to succeed in using this (recompling or using)

I own an apache 1.3.23 http server , ANT 1.5beta3 is installed, java1.4 =
too and tomcat somtimes running on 8080 on my own computer.
It s accessible with dyndns at http://slashmax.dyndns.org (url used to =
test my pages)
I have 15Ko/sec in up, but you can test the chat i ve tried to do with =
