A new version, EiC V4.4.1, is now released.
It is now tested with Cygwin environment.
You need to install tools for software development under Cygwin.
It is pretty much like under Linux.
C interpreter, eic, works fine. However, I'm having a problem with eim+logic simulation probably due to Cygwin's limitation.
I'm not sure this is what you wanted.
I also use vmware under Windows so that you can have Linux envoronment under windows.
