The limit to message size on this list is 128k.  I've allowed this message 
through, but attachments over 100k should be sent to the FTP rather than 
through the e-mail.

As for the skin changing, you have to run the program from the command 
prompt to give it a parameter.  You might be able to right click it and 
where you see the program name, place the skin INI file after it.  Jon will 
be able to tell you more.
