eGroupWare RC3 package updated to RC3-3

Small bugfix release for RC3

When you have NO problems with RC3 release, you don't need update to this release.

LINUX-AT-WORK and VERDILAK template set are removed (will be available soon as a separate download when you want use it)
Login problems fixed
broken Email app fixed
PostgreSQL problem fixed
