I just used EggsHam during the last week or so to study for the Technician and General exams. I passed both in one sitting, and almost passed Extra.
To accelerate a user's ability to study and learn the correct answers, I think it would be very valuable to exclude questions the user already positively knows the answer too.
I used EggsHam to repeatedly take the General exam, and found it frustrating to have to keep answering questions I was 100% certain of the answer. If I could have excluded those questions either by leaving the "certainty" at 100%, or checking another box, I would have been able to spend more time on questions I wasn't 100% sure of the right answer. The subsequent generated tests would have only asked me questions that I needed to learn.
Thanks for the consideration, and for EggsHam!

Just an update: I continued to use it and passed my Extra exam a month later. I also used HamExam, which allowed me to remove well-understood questions by editing the XML file. I still think this modification would be a great addition to EggsHam.
