#3 if_initInterface return value

In version 0.1.19:

The manual and comments in linuxfile.c say to return a
value of 0 on success and -1 on failure of
if_initInterface.

The_code_ in efs_init() and if_initInterface in
linuxfile.c, avr12....c and the TI...c use a return
value of 1 on success and a value 0 on failure.

    Fixed it in cvs for linuxfile.c & atmega.c (dsp will come
    later, lennart is developing on this platform).

    I made the change to sd_Init to (it returned various
    negative values).
    Will be in the 0.1.21 release.
