If you are looking to track ontology change, we have a new and improved tool - Diachron that lets you track various activities of ontology change (see example by going to www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/efo <http://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols/ontologies/efo> and click on “Term history” tab).
