[EFO-users] question about pneumoconiosis (http://www.orpha.net/ORDO/Orphanet_182098)

Hello:
It is not clear to me why pneumoconiosis (http://www.orpha.net/ORDO/Orphanet_182098) and any of its subclasses is in the infectious disease or bacterial disease group. These are immune reactions to inhaled particulate matter, and not bacterial infections.

Could you please clarify this grouping?
