Game: Planescape torment: enhanced edition,
I recently leveled up (The Nameless One) and did not yet spent attribute points. Then I used EE Keeper to add 2 items (Cranium Rat charm x2 and Kasseg, Cerebral Parasite. After loading the game, I lost attribute points that I could spent (although I can level up). Not only that, but even after I leveled up again I could not spent newer attribute points!

I realized this in my save after 27 hours of playtime :(
BUMP - it appears that any editing in PS:EE breaks adding attributes. Or at least for steam version... Cant belive no solution so far.
BUMP still a problem, broke my save
+1 broke both attribute gain and the alignment system. Do not use!
I believe it also breaks the faction system.
My current solution is just to use EEKeeper to manually set things to where they should be.

Would be nice to have this fixed though.
Issue is still there unfortunately.
