Asus | Messenger (ALL): Group name and contact list displays unreadable characters.

1.when opening messenger icon on internet page,
2.after logging into messenger,
3.group name and contact list state shows up as garbage code
result: group name and contact list shows up as garbage code.

What protocol shows this problem?
For MSN, should not have problem.
For ICQ, there is charset configuration in account setting.
For Yahoo, also has charset configuration.
