When searching for an update of the EditorList plugin,
Eclipse always thinks there's a newer version of the
plugin.

Kinda hard to explain, so let me go through the
procedure to re-create it:

1) install the EditorList plugin, version 1.0.7

2) perform a search for updates of all plugins (Help ->
Software Updates -> Find and Install -> Search for
updates of currently installed features)

3) the Eclipse update manager reports that there is a
newer version of the plugin available, with the id of
the new version being 1.0.7

But I already have 1.0.7 installed!?
