I use this great editor for SQL in Datum <https://launchpad.net/datum>, a web interface for databases.
I use Launchpad for the translation of the project.
In order to homogenise them, I created a template for EditArea <https://translations.launchpad.net/datum/trunk/+pots/editarea>
So translators freely update or complete them.
The translations are converted into JavaScript files at
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~datum/datum/trunk/files/head:/js/edit_area/langs/
Today (2012-03-02) the German translation as fulfilled.
There is also, Dutch, Esperanto, French, Italian.
Danish and Polish are nearly translated.
Feel free to use them.
If people wants to translate in another language throw Launchpad, it is easy:
In the link https://translations.launchpad.net/datum/trunk/+pots/editarea/da/+translate, replace "da" with the language code (eg. "tr" for Turkish).
I've forgotten to say that other languages files exist for the plugins:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~datum/datum/trunk/files/head:/js/edit_area/plugins/sqlcmd/langs/
