I do the EditArea integration for my cms of choice which provides a tabbed interface in administration. But the latest version of EditArea fail to load correctly when put on a tab which are invisible when loading the page. EA loads but in a strange little form containing no content eventhough the textarea it replaces are filled with content.
I attach a screen shot of how the cribbled editor looks when switching to the tab containing the it (the tab system are purely css-based).
Hope you can help and fix this in a later version.

Read the documentation on jQuery UI and hidden tabs not showing tools that require measuring widths of elements. Since the tab is hidden, there is no width to elements. If Google doesn't have an answer to this problem (e.g. Google Maps), you really can't expect the author of EditArea to have an answer either.
THanks for your answer, it makes sense... But the strange thing is that is works perfectly with the 0.7.3 version of EA, so something must have changed...
