#9 Wierd behaviour of volume control buttons

Discovered wierd behaviour of volume control buttons on keyboard. There are two cases:

1) Standard keyboard with multimedia buttons. Clicking on "mute", "volume up" and "volume down" toggles console. Tested on desktop PC.
2) FN+volume down acts as crouch action while chouch itself is mapped as standard "Delete or C". Tested on simple notebook.

NB: I don't have any 3rd party keyboard software installed. All three devices have Windows 8.1 installed.

For reference, is this behavior happening with 2.0.4 or 2.1.0(test1)? If it is the 2.0 branch, it is still running on SDL1. 2.1.0(test1) had all input responders rewritten to support SDL2 functionality -- need to test the SDL2 version as well :-P

Verified squashed with 2.1.0-Test1, with the exception of FN, might be an SDL2 issue.
