The CVS version is what is in the CVS, to download it follow the
instructions on:
http://sourceforge.net/cvs/?group_id=46841
(the module is eddi)

CVS gives version numbers to files, not to the entire release, although
you can (I think), you can browse through it at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/eddi/eddi/
