#4 More Windows Context Menu Options

Personally I would find it really useful if I could choose from the context menu whether I wanted to generate a plain old ed2k hash or a HTML link.

And for directories it would be nice to be able to specify whether or not I wanted to do a recursive hash from the context menu as well. =)

If the options were to be added putting them into their own ed2k_hash subfolder (kind of like Send To) in the context menu would be great.

For file the options could simply be:
Hash for ed2k
HTML hash for ed2k

Directires might need a few more:
Hash for ed2k
HTML hash for ed2k
Recursive hash for ed2k
Recursive HTML hash for ed2k

While adding an entry to the shell context menu is trivial, adding
a submenu is something I don't know well how to do yet :)
This will hopefully be addressed in the next major version of the
GUI.
