#9 default action on menu

After installing ed2k_hash on my Win2000 it became
default app for all unassigned files (AFAIR- can't check
@this very moment). That was quite good.
Unfortunately I also couldn't associate files the way I
wanted because ed2k_hash stayed the default action!
I used "open with" and "use this app as default", but it
just didn't work! I had to uninstal ed2k_hash... :(
I think it is just some registry trick, but I really didn't
have time to fight it.

I can't reproduce this problem, either with Win2000pro SP2
nor WinXPpro. You should send me a dump of the contents of
the '*' key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, this is probably where
the problem is, although I have no clue as to what happened :)

I just happened to reproduce this on a win95 box, by pure
accident it seems. I'll release a fix as soon as I identify
the problem (messing with the Windows registry is not
something I'm looking forward to :(). Hopefully this week-end...
