Possibly, I have copied the files without checking if the translation=20
was still displayed correct.

When you edit a file in a codepage different than the default, Eclipse=20
should create a .settings folder with a .prefs file with the codepage=20
settings for that file. If we check in this folder the settings should=20
be maintained.

However the problem is not just how to maintain the editor settings, but =

also how to make it working correctly at runtime (the .settings folder=20
is not exported with the plugin). If you edit the files as UTF-8, the=20
runtime environment must be set to use that codepage.

I'm not an expert on this field, so any suggestion is welcome.
