Thanks for this, it's funny, I submitted a bug to eclipse regarding this recently, maybe your plugin can be adapted to incorporate these things:

The important parts are:
2. It would be nice to be able to see only the files that have changes based on
their team status, sort of like in synchronize but only as a filter that
removes unchanged files.
3. It would be even better if there was options to set which team status types
should be exposed

something like "exclude unchanged files" or exclude files with a last change
date earlier than a date. Or more logical to me would be "only show files that
matches <criteria>", where criteria can be package(s), name(s), last
modification date, team status, ???,...

Allow adding multiple filters, for more types of file based criteria (I'd like team status, and mod date inparticular).
Allow specifying matches or doesn't match criteria.
