After stewing for quite a while the initial full release of the EclipseFrills plug-in feature has been released. See the project web sites for more details (http://eclipsefrills.sourceforge.net).
Now I can start working on the new plug-ins that I have kept putting off.
I am putting the final touches on the 1.0 release which will work on Eclipse 3.4 and on Mac, which are two big issues right now.
I hope to have code completion by the end of next week and then a release shortly after.
I have just setup the project web site (with Eclipse update site - http://eclipsefrills.sourceforge.net\) and put the individual plug-in files up on the downloads page. This is an initial beta release that has all the functionality but is missing some testing and some of the documentation. I hope to have everything put through its paces and documented for a 1.0 release within the next week or two.
I have two plug-ins that I will be posting here (source and download) within the next couple weeks... one adds a couple actions to all search results views (open all, and create working set), the other is a simple Markdown text editor with preview tab.
If you have any ideas for little "frills" plug-ins please feel free to let me know and I will implement them.
