#150 "FIXME" comments in Happy and Alex files do not get added to Tasks

The very nice feature of adding FIXME/TODO/XXX comments into Tasks does not seem to be working for Happy and Alex files. I've tried adding the comments both at the Alex/Happy level (outside of {}) and at the Haskell level (inside {}) and neither worked.
